1.Ukufudumala i-oven ukuya kwi-190oc.
2.Beka iziqwenga ezikhulu ezine zefoyile kumaphepha okubhaka amabini.
3.Beka irayisi ephekiweyo kunye nepholileyo kwisitya esikhulu uze udibanise kwi-anyanisi ye-spring esikiweyo, i-chilli enqunqiweyo, i-ginger egayiweyo, i-oyile ye-coconut, i-peas ye-sugar snap kunye ne-coriander eqoshiwe kwaye udibanise de kudityaniswe.
4.Gcoba umxube ngokulinganayo kumbindi weqhekeza ngalinye le-tin foil.
5.Yahlula-hlula iiprawn ngokulinganayo phakathi kweqhekeza ngalinye lefoyile yenkcenkce phezu komxube werayisi uze ubeke isiqingatha somthi wengca yelamuni phezu kwesinye.
6.Songa imiphetho yefoyile ye-tin ukuze wenze ipasile kodwa ushiye indawo eninzi ngaphakathi kwendawo nganye yomphunga njengoko oku kuya kunceda ukupheka iipasile.
7.Beka iitreyi zokubhaka kwi-oven imizuzu eyi-10-12 de iiprawn zibepinki kwaye ziphekwe kwaye irayisi ishushu.
8.Lumka xa uvula iipasile njengoko umphunga uya kubaleka kwaye kuya kuba shushu kakhulu.
9.Ukukhonza ngokuthe ngqo kwiipasile kunye ne-lime wedges.
